We have RV Sites available!
Our RV spaces are sectioned off, private and secluded from the Mobile Home Park, spaces are big, spacious, and quiet.
Reservations require a $100 deposit to hold a space.
We do run background checks for stays of three months or longer, so an application is necessary. The application fee is $25.00 per individual 18 years and over, payable in check or money order.
Rates:
$330.00 per month plus electric
$3.95 monthly Service Fee
1% monthly Rent Tax
We do not offer daily or weekly rentals
Our park currently offers:
100 amp services on ALL SPACES.
On-site Pool, Basketball Courts, Laundry and restrooms, Clubhouse & community room with gym.
